The Essential Care Membership is designed for non-emergency acute concerns such as:

Members receive telemedicine-first access for acute concerns, personalized treatment planning with a Licensed Nurse Practitioner, and provider-directed follow-up when clinically appropriate. In-person visits may also be scheduled at the provider’s discretion based on clinical assessment.

How the program works
Step 1
Call our office to schedule a telemedicine visit for your non-emergency acute concern and begin your membership payment.
Step 2
Meet with a Licensed Nurse Practitioner for a comprehensive symptom review and personalized treatment plan.
Step 3
If clinically appropriate, your provider may recommend labs, therapies, or an in-person follow-up visit.

Monthly option
$140/month for individual membership access.
Annual option
$1,500/year for individual membership access.
